Kevin, this has to be one of my favorites. Colors, wares, the crowds, hanging coverings revealing legs, red and blue balloon banners. The fun, the wonder, the whimsy! Was their a feast on 3rd Avenue in Little Italy? Is Little Italy nearby? The Feast of San Gennaro? Or am I way off. It does start in September sometime, doesn't it?
